Abstract

A website called the “Geocities-izer” appeared in 2010, presaging the new decade’s growing appetite for 1990s-era cultural artifacts, an appetite that encompasses the digital aesthetic from that era.

Sarah McRae

Sarah McRae holds a PhD in English from the University of Alberta, where she completed a dissertation on the postfeminist intimate publics surrounding personal lifestyle blogging. She has published work in Persona Studies and recently co-edited 'Trans Narratives', a special issue of a/b: Autobiography Studies.
