“Under Construction” Lives: Restorative Nostalgia and the GeoCities Archive

A website called the “Geocities-izer” appeared in 2010, presaging the new decade’s growing appetite for 1990s-era cultural artifacts, an appetite that encompasses the digital aesthetic from that era.
